We're seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant for a temporary assignment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of general accounting principles, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and be able to jump in quickly to support the accounting team.
Perform daily accounting functions including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close support
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
Assist with AP, AR, and payroll as needed
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and GAAP standards
Assist with audits and special projects as assigned
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of general accounting experience
Proficiency with Excel and accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
